Accessibility statement

Many people who use iMediShare live with a disability or care for someone who does. We want every part of the site to be usable by everyone.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet completed an independent audit, so some parts may still fall short, and we fix issues as we find them.

How we design for it

  • Pages are built to work with a keyboard, with visible focus.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors and hints are written so screen readers can announce them.
  • We choose readable text sizes and color contrast, and layouts adapt to small screens and zoom.
  • The opening animation respects your device's reduced-motion setting and can be skipped.
  • Password fields have a show-password button, and signup uses a simple emailed code.

Tell us about a barrier

If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please contact us or email support@imedishare.org. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply by email.
